We all know "We are what we eat", but I believe we are also what we think and feel.
Through my work I have found a combination of a low self-esteem, lack of confidence and non assertiveness, coupled with stress to be the major components in many of my client's problems. It seems to me to be an issue of self respect. We can very easily respect the others in our lives, their needs, wants and desires, however it is often very difficult to respect our own! We all too often put ourselves at the bottom of the list.

When we do respect ourselves our lives seem to flow, we enjoy the fullness of wonderful experiences and even our health seems to improve. However, when we don't listen to our own needs we start to feel inadequate, not as good as others and afraid of voicing our beliefs and feelings. We can create all manner of problems, ailments and issues in our lives.
By going on any of my courses you will learn not only the practical tools of self esteem, confidence and assertiveness and stress release via meditation, but also how to respect yourself once more. You may even begin to like or love yourself more fully and feelings of freedom, health and vitality will also be restored.
All my courses are aimed at the beginner and are very simple to follow. They don't just offer abstract explanations but offer practical tools and exercises that you can take away with you to use at home and to integrate easily into your daily life.
All courses run for one hour and the cost is R35.00 per group session or R50.00 if you prefer me to teach you on a one to one basis. |
